This house is situated in a calm and very well developed mountain village 64 km away from Plovdiv the second biggest town in Bulgaria, which is also a big cultural centre, famous with its ancient town, seven hills, and rich history. The area is very beautiful, you can enjoy the mountains, lakes, rivers, ski-runs as the ski resort of Borovets is some 60km away from the village.

The property itself includes a large two-storeyed house with total living area of 140 sq.m., a well sized garden - 623 sq.m., planted with fruit trees and vine trellis. There is a parking lot available in the garden as well.

On the ground floor of the house there is: a corridor which leads to three rooms. All the windows of the rooms are with wooden frames, the walls are stone built but they are not plastered and the flooring is cemented. This floor needs some general repairs. On the first floor the living area is distributed in the same way like the ground floor- a corridor connects three rooms, but additionally you will find a lovely balcony from which you can enjoy the lovely view towards the mountains that embrace the whole village. The flooring is wooden as well as the frames of the windows, and the walls are red-brick built.

The house is structurally stable but needs some repairs. There isn`t an internal toilet/bathroom but we can help you with relocating one inside the house. It is supplied with running water in and out of the house, electricity, a septic tank.

The village is not very big but it offers all kinds of facilities that are needed: shops, café shops, a school, a church, a health service and regular bus transport to the nearby towns.
